What we do | Strategy

At theFore we have developed a strategy for working out how you achieve that experience, using our (and other) services.

ACT - our strategy

Our strategy is simple, tried, tested, and highly effective. Set goals, ACT© on those goals, and measure the benefits delivered.

It can sometimes be difficult to know which activities are crucial and which can be safely cut from a project, or left till later. ACT© solves this problem, by connecting the dots. Goals are broken into required outcomes, required outcomes are associated with activities that deliver them, activities are connected to the channels requiring action, and a timeline is drawn to show where and when these touchpoints need to be reviewed.

Our strategy can help you:

  • Define opportunities
  • Define goals and measurements
  • Set roadmaps for success

Although we work on many projects without implementing a strategic plan, having a strategy for UX engagement allows us to work with you more effectively. Our plan can easily be tailored to your own business needs - just ask us how.

What they say

"With a very loyal customer base, getting the web right is critical to ensure continued customer service and helping customers migrate from book to web. The usability undertaken by Gary and his team confirmed our overall development strategy and assisted us in identifying modifications needed prior to re-launch."

Maureen Milne, Product Development Director, The Bankers' Almanac

"...they have a unique and purposeful methodology that applies to delivering useful and effective outcomes that increase online engagement and throughput, and reduce user frustration. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking to improve online results speak to Gary."
