We worked with Challenger Financial to research, design and then launch the Fast Facts app This is a unique tool for Brokers to quickly refer to key product and financial data.

UX Design – create initial wireframes and models, work with creative themes, assist throughout build

Usability testing – research the tool with brokers to ensure it works well, for this audience

We helped Healthdirect to usability test their online Symptom Check tool, on desktop and mobile designs. When this turned up some issues, we helped further by finding improvements and modelling these before it was built. Since then we’ve worked closely with Healthdirect on a wide range of projects.

Usability testing – eye tracking and user testing on mobile and desktop prototypes

UX Design – design enhancements based on user testing feedback, implement into wider design

We worked with Healthdirect to test and then improve their Symptom Check tool.

Usability testing – user test their system on desktop and mobile platforms, including eye tracking analysis, to identify what works and what doesn’t.

UX Design – deliver improvements to the core design, for integration into the build phase

Usability testing – further test the model when integrated into the upcoming Healthdirect native apps.

IKEA – Klippbok app

We helped a digital agency to understand how to set strategy for their key project, the Klippbok app designed for IKEA. We helped them to field test both the desktop and tablet versions. This involved running live user tests within IKEA stores, and helping the team define strategy based on the findings.

Usability testing – usability tested the app within store, on desktop and mobile, to understand how well it worked and how it fit into the design process

Strategic Review – analyse findings and report on strategic direction

UX Design – Assist team to design a range of design solutions and directions for the app

We worked with QBE Australia to design the new product concept for their core B2B system.

UX Build – delivered front-end templates and code (HTML, CSS, JS) to assist in final build.

iVenturecard app

We were asked by the good people at iventurecard.com to help them design their new app. We provided the IA, concept, wireframe and prototype expertise and the creative design concepts and assets. The app is now available in the marketplace and doing well.
