Information Architecture is the order, grouping and labelling used to structure and organise content on your site. An Information Architecture review phase creates an improved version of the architecture, to be applied to your site internally (usually via changes to the CMS).
We review the content on your current site or platform, any user journeys that exist and any other key information that you wish to provide. This allows us to generate a new and improved Information Architecture model for the site that is user focused and functional. This can also include new functionality/content not yet available, if required.
